A U S is an architectural practice founded by Marcos G. Rojo in 2016.

 

A U S develops projects in France and internationally both as an independent practice and in association with bigger firms, such as Lacaton & Vassal Architectes.

 

A U S' capacity to operate at different contexts, multiple scales and to deal with various programs is one of the office main assets. Every project builds upon the existing, upon the thorough observation and analysis of the closest environment as a means to understand what is already in place and to use it as a triggering device to attain unexpected and exceptional results.

 

A U S a consequence, the office work covers a very large array of subjects and scales, ranging from built projects to more speculative and experimental ones: it includes set designs, interior renovations and refurbishments, vertical extensions, urban proposals, or new constructions on historic sites.
